Upgrading graphics card. Help needed

Hi guys

Need to pick the brains of you guys. I'm fairly useless when it comes to hardware.

I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card and RAM just to get a little bit longer from my PC.

hat sort of graphics card would I be able to fit in this motherboard and what recommendations do you guys have?

I have two AMD Radeon HD 7800  and I'm happy with those I have it strapped for crossfire

The Aurora R2 supports up to 16 GB (1067 MHz and 1333 MHz) or 16 GB (1600 MHz XMP).
