What better for Video Games, Ram?
1600MHZ 12GB XMP
or
1866MHZ 6GB XMP
(I have the X58 i975X Tri Slot MOBO)
I want to go get it now so any ASAP answers appreciated.

I would say all you need is 1333MHZ 8GB. Anything higher if you are planning on media editing (photoshop etc).
1600MHZ is fine also but 1866MHZ is overkill even if it is less GB.

Sorry for that , I am not an expert on Desktops at all. I would only be able to reccomend what is essential and what is luxury. :)

Hey thanks Richard but my computer as I mentioned is tri ram slot mobo so it would be either 6GB ram (touch too little) or 12GB.. but Im wondering It can handle an upgrade to 12GB ram of 1866, or 1600 speed, and can either be XMP?
