Will the Alienware amplifier work with an X51?
So, Ive decided I need to upgrade my GPU. My X51 came with a GeForce 645.
I did some research and decided that putting in an awesome graphics card might not work for an x51. It can but Id have to do a bunch of things Im not comfortable with.
Then I found the Amplifier. The site has pictures of the amplifier hooked to an X51 but details say its for the Alienware laptops. Can anyone give me a definitive answer?

I know it works on the r3. You need to have the special amp port on your computer. I'm not sure if the r2 has it.
