Wireless Issues on Alienware 17 R3
Hello,
For the past month I have been experiencing issues with my wireless connection on my laptop. My internet keeps cutting out and showing that small yellow triangle over the WiFi symbol in the bottom right corner of the screen. It seems to only happen when I am performing large downloads such as when I am downloading a game from Steam or some other online game download. It will start downloading fine but when it gets to around 6 or 7Mb/s
I have tried updating my wireless card multiple times through device manager and every time it says it has the latest software.
What should I try next? Could this be a hardware issue?
Alienware 17 R3
Processor: Intel (R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
Installed Memory: 8.00 GB
System Type: 64-bit OS, x64 based processor
Network Adapters: Killer E2400 Gigabit Ethernet Controller
Killer Wireless-n/a/ac 1535 Wireless Network Adapter**(this is the one giving me issues)

Yes, the problem is only occurring on this computer. The BIOS is up to date. I have also updated all the wireless drivers that are listed on the Dell page that you provided. After i entered my service tag and could see the available downloads however, under the wireless tab, the driver that is giving me the issues was not listed.
I ran the hardware test through Support Assist only on the wireless driver and it turned out not successful. (See pictures below)
What does this mean?

I followed your instruction and just tested it again and same problem. For a second it seemed to be working as the download shot up to 11MB/s but it only lasted for a 15 seconds until it began decreasing and I lost connection.

Doing all this over again following your instructions worked. Thank you so much!
