Would you recommend Alienware to a friend?

I have a new M17....Yay me! I was so excited.

I have been on a tech support call no less than 7 times (not joke).  They fix one thing and then another thing breaks.

They have 2 guys coming out to visit me, I have to give them that!  Replacing motherboard and video card.  They have already replaced the power supply.

I also think there is a short in the screen. Maybe the video care replacement will fill that (doubt it). Not in the mood to call for that right now.

Heck, if this was a car, I would be standing on the side of the road more than driving.

I know sometimes you just get a lemon, but dang, why me?  I cannot recommend this brand to anyone.

Origin's oversea's support is shocking!

If the system is faulty they want ME to pay for the shipping from the UK to them in the US and for me to pay for them to send it back via UPS/FedEx or DHL, have you any idea how much that would cost ?

Origin is not viable outside of the US.

Since I have the accidental damage protection, I am thinking about setting it on fire and then putting it out in my bathtub.
