X51 Audio Problem

I received my Alienware X51 in August of 2013, and a few months later, I started getting this problem. The Waves MaxxAudio section had disappeared from my Alienware Audio sound manager. I no longer had access to the equalizer presets and things like that. My sound manager currently looks like this:

This is the section where my equalizers used to be, and they have been missing for a long time now. I just happened to notice it one day, so I honestly have no idea or memory of what was or could have been the cause of it. Any support, answer, or contribution to this thread would be much appreciated.
