X51 Won't Turn on anymore.

I left for running errands last week, after checking my email and doing morning internet surfing with no problems. When I returned later that evening, the PC will not turn on. It is was purchased april 2012. I have had no issues with it until this. I checked the online troubleshooting, and searched for similar issues. I tried what was suggested and it still will not turn on. I am stumped on where and if the pc is damaged, broken, or dead.

To make matter worse when I attempted to order a new psu, or get parts prices I am told by dell that there are not parts available to purchase, and they refuse to connect me to tech support because my warranty was expired.

Clarifications.

The PC was working normally before this, and no error messages or indications of failing components.

The pc shows no indication of power. No fans turning, no HDD spin up, no post.

The PSU / Power cord brick still illuminates on the end when plugged into an outlet.

I have removed every component looking for damage and replaced everything properly with no change.

I have tried power cycling, or static discharge by holding down the power button for 30 seconds and then attempting to power on to no effect.

As I stated in my original question. I already used the FAQs and tried those actions. They didn't help anything.
