alienware m15x wont turn on issues

hi there im X i have an alienware m15x now it will like turn on the cd drive and fans try to load then it shuts off.

i thank i used the wrong CC cause after it reboot the lights stoped it worked for a lil bit and now it just doesnt turn on now b/c that stupid driver that messed it up. it sounds like it wants to turn on, like the disc driver is loading, then it doesnt turn on is the problem. any help thank. no warenty on laptop so i cant just return and have it fixed.

would unplugging the lights board fix it or what i need ideas.
