Hi,

Use the version for Windows 8.1 (3.6) listed on the Dell support site, click here for the download link. It should be compatible with Windows 10.

Hi,

Can you please confirm the revision of the Alienware 18 system that you are using (Example=M18XR1,R2,Alienware 18 R1)?

When you go to download OSD from the Dell website, use your service tag to find the drivers, you wont end up with the wrong one then

2014 model is a Alienware 18.

Sounds like you may need to install alienware OSD software for your model, use the windows 8.1 if there's no windows 10 driver, if it wont work, right click on it and click compatibility, then select "run in windows 8 mode" and "run as administrator" close and try it then
