aurora r4 fan
hi, i bought my aurora r4 less then a year ago and one of my fan goes on 4k rpm for nothing... all the temp or 20 or around that. im very poor in computer and im still on waranty but dont know what to do and where to go...
sorry for my english im french ;P thanks for your help!
by the way in ''thermal control'' its the ''system fan'' the problem all other are ok

If you are in Canada, and you purchased the Aurora in Canada, call Canadian Alienware phone support line.
