boot problem
hey guys i need help please
i have the new alienware 14 and i got a problem in booting i already make system diagnosis and it gives me this error massage
so please give me a solution, i will appreciate that

You are experiencing a hardware problem from the look of things. Since you have a brand new Alienware 14, the best advice is to call 1-800-ALIENWARE and talk to Alienware Tech Support about getting it fixed under warranty. Have the error codes from the above photos handy when you call them. The codes do mean something. I do not have a chart or database to decipher them, but Alienware Support does have information that identifies what those error codes mean. It is most likely a defective hard drive that needs to be replaced. That is not an uncommon problem.
