Hi,
What exactly happens when you click on the file explorer or all apps button?

I found that when I (due to bad eyesight) increased the scaling size to max @ 175% for some reason file explorer and control panel no longer opened from taskbar or all apps.But once I scaled down to 150% everything worked again like magic PRESTO. I do appreciate your reply and have a good one Rodrigo
