forgive me I am stupid ( I can't open the back of my laptop Alienare 15)
I am a user of alienware 15. Today I tried to replace my HDD and I broke of my screws thing...( I can't explain otherwise, you would all know if you have alienware 15 and see the picture above.) Very stupidly, I closed my case after I broke it. And now I realized I can't open my computer without that weird thing attached to my screw... What do I have to do.. I can't open my computer again? Help me out thank you.

If you have accidental damage, send me a PM and I'll help out from there. If you don't, you could take it to a local computer repair shop if you need to open it.

A decent computer shop can help you with extracting the screw shaft. Alternatively, you could do it yourself if you feel confident with tools. A screw extraction set can be purchased at any hardware store.
