hey i have a alienware laptop that failed a factory reset and will now not boot passed the alienware logo screen pls help?
ive tried everything i can think of i really need help i just got it from a friend and wanna be able too play games with him

Hi.
so you tried to reset Windows and received an Error Message.
my Advice is install Windows from Scratch. download Microsoft Media Creation Tool and create your own Installation USB Flash Drive / DVD and reinstall Windows. Drivers for your Laptop Model can be downloaded from Dell Support Website.
if you need Help, just ask again. but next Time post some more Info about your Laptop like Model and Windows Version PLZ.
