i cant recover my alienware :( what to do

with out the cds your pretty boned on this one bud.. Did you happen to make a recovery image?

if not Im sure Dell will sell the cds.. or you maybe able to get them off of ebay..

Seems like the Recovery Partition could be missing or corrupted. In this case, the best way to re-install Windows is to do a clean installation as explained here.
