issue personalizing m17x: tv tuner option is no longer available. please help.

i'm currently in the middle of building my own alienware m17x laptop at dell's online store. to my misfortune, i no longer have the option of selecting a tv tuner for my laptop. on previous visits to the online store, the option to install a tv tuner was always available. it's really quite frustrating. can somebody please explain to me why the tv tuner option is missing? and is there anybody with connections to somebody running the site that can fix this problem? it would be much appreciated. thanks.
