m18x HDMI in port with no volume control?
Is there no volume control for HDMI in port on the m18x? Looked through all sound settings and mixer controls and its just full on full blast all the time. even the fn and volume keys do not adjust the HDMI volume in.

On mine, the volume buttons above the keyboard adjust the volume when I'm using an external device through the HDMI-IN port. The mute works as well. Sounds like yours is acting abnormally.
