problem with command center

Just to make sure. This is the error message that you get whenever you try and open it, right?
From the error message it seems there are two points of failure in the Software.
-AlienFX
-Thermal Controllers.
You will first have to try and uninstall and reinstall the Alien Command Center. In order to do so;
