usb port crash on m15x

I've been using an Alienware M15X for a few years, and in the past year or so, since I purchased a Razer Mamba mouse, I've noticed that the front left USB port crashes after a few hours of running. I usually have an external HDD and a cooling mat plugged into the back right USB port and the eSATA port, neither of which crash by the way. I have, on occasion, gotten BSOD's citing a USB driver error after the renowned M15X random reboots. I am running the A09 BIOS for my laptop and the most updated driver and firmware for my mouse. If anyone has any advice or ideas, please let me know.

I would remove the external USB HDD, plug the mouse into the rear USB port and retest.
