vido driver failure?

i received my alienware on january 5th, 2012, and twice since then, i have recieved the windows error;

what is causing this, i have the ati 6870 vid card with 875w psu, and the aurora r3, now this is a replacement for a computer that did not work, if i have to call dell tech support i am not going to be happy
