Alienware 17 R4 Alien FX Zone 10
Hello everyone.
I'm sorry for bothering you all but i just recived today my 2 new Alienware 17 R4 and after a clean install of Windows 10 64Bit plus all drivers from Dell the Left Lightbar or Lightzone 10 is always blue and its not possible to change it into any color. I thought it's maybe a problem with the Comand Center but even after reinstalling windows the problem is still the same. I updated the Bios and tried to reinstall the Comand Center several times without result. After I made a clean install on the second Alienware there is the same Problem. So I dont know what I'm doing wrong because I cant have that much luck to get to Products with an defect. Maybe someone can help me.

Hi,
Both systems have the same issue in Zone 10?
Run the AlienFX tester and let me know if Zone 10 changes colors.

I had the same problem, but with zone 9.

the solution to solve is: disable the quick start of windows 10, and shut down the pc few times. It has worked for me
