Ownership and product registration
Hey guys
I bought an alienware M17 R4 as third hands 2 years ago and I didnt know about ownership til recently. and I need really want to get repair under warranty. ah and the original warranty has been expired. So here is a question.
I dont have the ownership but I could register this laptop on my account. but I am quite confusing otherwise once I called tech team to tell me whats the problem, they told me I don`t have the right of ownership.
Even though I can access to the paying process of extent my warranty, I can not claim to repair it, Is that right???
And sorry for weird Engrish am from other country

You need to transfer the ownership to your name for us to able to repair the system.
For that you will need to fill the information on this form and it might take around 24 to 48 business hours to be done if all the information of the previous owner is accurate.
