Hi, I just got this laptop for Christmas and since I first started it up, it has been giving me issues. On the first day of using it, while playing World of Tanks on the recommended settings, the computer completely froze up within 30 minutes of running the application. Even when closing the application from task manager, the computer became practically unusable until I forced it to shutdown via the power button. While this was happening I noted that the computer was really hot and fans where very noisy which I found strange since prior to this incident the computer seemed to running the game elegantly with an insanely high fps and at a high graphics setting, which was again recommenced(by the Nvidia driver, and the application itself). After this indecent I optimized the computer, ran all the updates, lowered the game's graphics setting and even capped the game's fps to 60 and I still have the same issue even a full reset of the laptop. 

    At first I thought it was an issue with the game or the hardware yet now when I was playing Arma 3 the computer continues to do the same thing, albeit without it getting really hot, but this time it tells me it is a software issue. Occasionally when the game just crashes on me I get a "Bad Module" notification which, from what I have found, is tied to a recent Windows 10 update. Even when I followed the steps to fix the issue, the same error pops up.

    At this point I literally have no clue about what to do. I keep running the check ups yet no issues are found and I don't know who to contact about the issue as I have no clue what is causing the issue in the first place. Can someone please help because I am new to having a gaming computer, let alone an Alienware laptop, and I have little experience with these kinds of issues
