15 R4, RAM speed compatibility?

Hello all,

I have an AW 15 R4 laptop which has i7 8750h and gtx1070.

I felt some lags while playing games and decided to upgrade high speed RAM from Newegg. I have delivered my new RAM and installed them correctly. But I only can see my RAMs work with 2400Mhz not even 2666Mhz.

I want to know it is not XMP RAM.

I want to know how I can use my RAMs with 3200Mhz speed. Is there any solution?
