17 R5, infinite boot logo, restarting and no Windows boot up
Yesterday 8/25/2020. At approximately 9:00pm, i was doing homework and that "Alienware notification at the bottom right corner" came up for an update. Well, I clicked on update... About 10 minutes later, while I was doing an assignment, my screen said "Restarting", and ever since, then my laptop has been in this infinite loop of rebooting without any windows coming up. I don't use my Alienware for anything except, homework and occasionally game. Can anyone help me get my pc back to normal, please?

Unplug the system, disconnect the battery from the system board and hold the power button for 30 sec. Reconnect the battery and try powering up again.

You could also do the battery discharge thingy by leaving the computer on and unplugged and wait till it dies so when you recharge it it works again.
after it dies though make sure to hold the power button to make sure it’s fully dead.
