Alienware 13 R3 OLED Screen Turns blue and tuning off

My Alienware 13 R3 is very odd,

if i turn the brightness over 50% it becomes very dim.

if i turn up the brightness even more it becomes very blue.

and at max brightness it becomes completely black

i think that this is a driver issue, since i tried playing around with the drivers

and managed to reach the maximum brightness without any issues but that was after the intel HD 630 was recognized as an unknown device.

Please share your thoughts and ideas about this

Hey, so I had this exact issue, and was able to resolve it. I went to Windows settings and uninstalled "Intel OLED Driver". Then rebooted. After reboot, you won't be able to change brightness anymore. This is fine. Download OLED driver from Dell/Alienware web site. Reinstall OLED driver. Reboot. My R3 OLED screen now works normally. Not sure what happened, but the problem appeared after a full windows system reset.

Hi, I have the same problem. I have an Alienware 13 r3 oled. If I want to turn the brightness over 58% it turns blue, then really blue, and then the screen goes black. I have updated the Intel and Geforce drivers and I updated windows too. I would really appreciate if you could tell me how you fixed the problem step by step. Thank you.
