Alienware 13 R3 won't recongize the second SSD Drive

I know someone has posted similar issue b4. But mine is slightly different. I just bought a new Intel 660p Series M.2 2280 1TB PCIe NVMe 3.0 x4 3D2, QLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) SSDPEKNW010T8X1.

But somehow my laptop can detect in bios. It is never showed up in second HDD.
