Area 51m FX Controls Missing

I just purchased an open box Area 51m. The unit came with a fresh install of Windows and no other drivers/software. I installed all Alienware drivers and AWCC and have no issues at the moment, except with FX. I can only see and control the keyboard lights. I can't see or control the case, emblems or trackpad. All of these are currently lit on the unit, but cannot be adjusted. I've deleted and reinstalled AWCC and have run all diagnostics from Dell, but still have nothing. Not a huge problem, but any help resolving it would be appreciated.
