Laptop turned off while bios update. Now power button blinks 2blue-1red.

What Bios update were you doing? There hasn't been a new Bios since 1.8.1 in October (and that was rolled back to 1.7.3 earlier this year, although the rollback comes through a windows update--it isn't something that Support Assist installs).
