Battery issue
Hi, I am having issue with my alienware 15 r3, the battery go to 0% right after i unplugged and it also drains over night even it was shut down properly
Does this mean i have to replace new one? Sorry for my English
Hope for somebody to give me some answer

The system is nearly 4 years old and the battery could need replacement. Run diagnostics and watch for battery or adapter errors. Restart the system and at the Dell splash screen start tapping F12. Run full diagnostics.
