Fn+F12 not working, unable to change any lighting effects.
Hey guys, I have an m15. In the last update of the AWCC, the tab for FX just disappeared from the AWCC. Can someone please tell me how to change the lighting effects on the machine?

You can try a system restore back to a date before the update.
Also, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the AWCC following ALL the steps on this article:

Then, reinstall the AWCC here:

I was having the same issues. just did all of this and it still did not work. Once I reinstalled and opened AWCC, I got the following pop-up warning: "No supported AlienFX devices were detected. Alienware Command Center will enable full FX experience once an AlienFX compatiable device is connected. Please note that some features may be unavailable without a connected AlienFX device." I do not even have the Alien FX / editor option anywhere now. Please help - I feel like I am in a worse position than when I started trying to fix this. The lights were working yesterday before the Windows update.

You might want to give it a try. It was released not too long ago. -If after the installation it is still missing the AlienFX. Those can be downloaded as addons.
