M14x R2 No Post, HELP!!

Yesterday my M14xr2 was working fine. Went to power on this morning and it shuts off after only a few seconds. I have researched and tried everything I can find with no luck. I have taken out the ram, hdd, battery, cmos battery and more. When i startup with no ram it does stay on and give the 2 beep error. I've tried that with cmos not in and in, doesnt ever give me the 5 beep no cmos. As soon as I out the ram in it goes back to shutting off. I have tried different ram and my current ram in another machine I know it's not the problem. I have done many power drains in between these steps. I cannot figure out what is happening. Help please!
