M17 RTX 2060 Issues

I just got my M17 on Tuesday. I haven't been able to play anything for more than a few minutes when I get an error. I've gotten many errors, including: video scheduler internal error, DX11 device lost, video TDR failure (nvlddmkm.sys), unrecognized video card, DXGI error device removed and DXGI error device hung. I didn't get them all at the same time, but with various games.

I've done scans and nothing shows up as being wrong. I've also updated all drivers. Anyone else experienced these issues? Is this a graphics card that has to be replaced?

Thanks for your help!

Would it be possible that you take a screenshot whilst the Device Manager is open? Specifically on the Display adapters. We want to make sure the Video Card Driver is properly installed.

It seems that you have driver issues. Try to reinstall them.

  1. Open Settings and go to Apps
  2. There find the Nvidia RTX 2060 driver and uninstall it (maybe also uninstall Geforce Experience to reinstall all at once)
  3. Find and download your drivers here: https://www.geforce.com/drivers
  4. Finally, install your drivers with all the features in the Nvidia installer.
