First, if you've made any recent changes to the system (in Setup), reverse those.
Second, you really do need to supply the system model and configuration (i.e., Alienware 15, m15, etc.., plus the OS installed and the number and types of drive(s) installed).
Run a full Dell diagnostic on the system (F12 at powerup). Post the above along with any numeric error codes (2000-0142, etc.). that arise.
DO NOT make changes (secure boot off if on, legacy on if off) unless you're reversing earlier changes!
Hi @riggs2020 if the original drive was removed and a blank drive installed, it will not have an operating system and the No bootable devices found message will appear. Are you trying to fix a broken computer for a colleague?

Try changing boot option from legacy to
UEFI , it uses windows boot loader and it will fix the issue.
I tried and it worked.

Please try steps 4 and 5 of the following video:
Troubleshoot No Boot Issues
4. Verify if the HDD is detected 1:49
5. Load BIOS to defaults 2:18
If the issue persists, please check the Secure Boot option on BIOS and disable it.
Lastly, we´d recommend re-seating the hard drive and try again.
On this manual, on page 25 you can see how to remove the drive.
