That's old software and is not compatible with windows 10. Most 3rd party utilities have been left behind since win 10 came out. Win 10 has most if not all of the utilities you need. 

I have been using it for quite some time, in fact they just released a new version.

New version is working fine-you can disregard this post or delete it.
