ePSA keeps saying cpu and vga fan are not responding correct

The Support Assist ePSA keeps saying that my cpu and vga fans are not responding correctly when I boot up. I have turned off Support Assist in the Bios and this still comes up. The CPU and VGA fans pass diagnostics every time.

What could be going on? I have a Dell tech coming out to replace my fans, but I am not so sure it is that, considering it fluctuates whether the CPU or VGA fan is not responding correctly, depending on the software installed.

Hi @brf4n,

System model and revision?

Wait for the onsite to replace the fans and if the system keeps on having issues after that, let us know.

Enable fan performance mode in the bios and check if the fans spin. If they do it’s a false positive. Make sure both spin to not make a mistake.
