m17 R2, acute and constant discontinuous crackling sound
Hello, I have an Acute and constant discontinuous crackling sound. My error in video on Youtube (Sometimes it is even worst) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dxlPjwgufa4
To reproduce and distinctly hear the problem: Put yourself in a quiet room. Click on the battery icon at the bottom of the Windows screen. Change the POWER MODE between "Better performance" and "Best performance". Put the ear close to the soundbar and the F7 / F8 keys. You will hear a constant crackling that varies and varies. I hear this sound without having to put the ear close to the PC and this is very annoying and nerve-wracking. The intensity of the noise is very variable.

No, the noise isn't normal. A brand new computer should not be making a horrible noise as in the video. Please run Dell ePSA Preboot Diagnostic to check the hard drive, fan and other hardware within the system.
You could do this by following steps below. Report back any error code.
ePSA Pre-boot System Assessment (Official Dell Tech Support)
If there's no error code, I suggest installing the latest drivers and firmware from m17 R2 Support page to see if it will make any difference. You could do this step by entering service tag number ( or use Detect PC option) onto link below. After, you should see your system's drivers and firmware in your Dell Product Support page.
Install drivers/firmware one by one and in correct order using this guide.

Thank you for your reply,
I did tests and error code was 2000 000 : No issues were found
I already installed The BIOS pilot and all the pilot of "format" "Update Package for MS Windows 64 bit" but nothing changed after installation. It was already here.
The problem remains

Hello, My computer is totally new and there is sizzling and sound vibrations coming from the left side of the PC when using sound.

To reproduce and distinctly hear the problem: Put yourself in a quiet room. Change the position of the sound level slider (greater than 70%) several times to hear default Windows 10 notification sound. The more the sound is solicited the more the vibrations are accentuated. The PC begins to vibrate and they are heard more and more. The problem is also noticeable if you change the sound only once.
The PC doesn't sizzle with all the sounds. And I use the sound of the computer, not external Speaker.

Is this normal? I Need to know if that can be fixed because if its "normal" I will return the computer, else I send to reparation. I have less than 1 week to take a decision after it will be impossible to return it.

Nothing has been repaired. And I still have one year of Dell Warranty. The computer has been never used except to go on Dell Community. I really need some help.

Hello,
My computer is under one year warranty Dell. Warranty is from August 19, 2019 to December 11, 2020. I returned It and it has not been repaired. The computer is at exactly the same state than before. Is It normal for an Alienware at +2000 euros?
