m17 R2, bluescreen, Nvidia issue

So the problem with my laptop was that after 1 blue screen nvdia refuses to work it is nvdia ge force rtx 2070 with max-q design. I wasn't able to take the first picture because the laptop was super brand new bought last january in the USA and last february the first bsod happened and i was forced to reformat my alienware but this hasnt been able to resolve the issue. Yesterday was my latest reformat because the Over Clocking Control of the alien ware command center broke the laptop and it seemed that my laptop has become even more slow now and without installing anything after reformat out of 500gb hard disk memmory i got 384gb free memmory out of 459gb. Currently i am in the Philippines which i later realised that dell basic warranty doesnt cover abroad. So i would appreciate on what i can do about this laptop currently its during the covid19 crisis so i plan to do it after the crisis has passed over. No online solutions from experts has worked and i really feel that it has something to do with the video card it self. Thank you.
