Make a usb flash drive with the windows media installation download and install it on the laptop but when it asks for which drive to be put on, delete all the drives including drive 0 and then click the new partion to create a clean version of Windows.

 

are your clock speeds slower than usual and the GPU and CPU are generating more heat than usual?

Just set the fans to performance mode in the bios and turn off the overclocking because it’s unnecessary.

 

Then buy a m.2 NVMe drive that’s 512gb and install it in your laptop for the boot option after you install the windows on the NVMe drive you installed.

That should boost performance and fix the problem.
