How to modify app sync base parameters
We are trying to clone Oracle database through app sync. Is there any way to modify appsync base parameters in init file. Because we specified few parameters in service plan like log_archive_dest_1 and database did not mount with error ' parameter contains repeated or conflicting attributes'.

Have you reviewed the AppSync 3.5 User and Administration Guide? It states the following for customization per the service plan settings.
Customize Initialization Parameters: This field will be blank. You
can fill in one parameter per line, for example,
memory_target=629145600
