"Cannot determine storage type where application resides"

Hi

I am trying to run a Service Plan to take a local copy of an Oracle DB, however I am getting the following error:

• Cannot determine storage type where application resides
• Cannot determine the storage type where application resides. Verify if the application is located on a supported EMC storage that has been added to AppSync.
• were mapped to array . If the array is a VNX, XtremIO, VPLEX Cluster, VNXe or Unity array, register .

However, this array has been registered and other Service Plans work OK.Does anyone know what the issue could be here?
