Announcing Atmos Hack Day (you're invited, win an iPad 2)

You're invited to come "hack" on the Atmos API with our team!  Meet our team, create an app, and win an iPad 2!

Atmos Hack Day is a one day event where developers create an application based on the EMC Atmos REST data API.  The types of applications created during the event are limited only by a team’s imagination.

Two person teams of developers will create “hacks” in which they develop something innovative (and perhaps fun) with the Atmos API.  At the end of the day each team presents their hack.  The audience votes for the best hack and each member of the two person winning team is awarded an iPad 2.

The goal of hack day isn’t necessarily to create a robust, scalable, secure application per se.  The objective is to illustrate a concept end-to-end in a limited amount of time.  The focus of the hacks can be anything:  music, photos, consumer, enterprise, cloud, big data, or mobile --- there are no rules or limits as to what you create with the Atmos API for Hack Day.

Legal made me say the following:

Entry to this contest is subject to the contest rules.  All participants will be given a copy of the contest rules upon registration and participation in the contest will be subject to acceptance of these rules.  EMC will attempt to post a version of these rules on this site before the contest.
