Are you talking about customer accessing Atmos for access to Data?

If so then we normally terminate the HTTPS session on the load balancer that is sat in front of the CDP nodes.

Hi Dave,

Yes just terminate the HTTPS tunnels on the load balancer that will be in front of the CDP nodes then you put less load on the CDP nodes.

Hi Darren,

Essentially we're looking at storage access using a StorSimple Appliance connected to the MTI ATMOS.

StorSimple doesn't allow Port 80 access I believe, and CDP only supports Port 80.

Essentially, we need to achieve Port 443 access to integrate the StorSimple appliance with ATMOS delivered via EMC CDP.

Thanks,

Dave.

Trying to understand --- StorSimple uses the Atmos REST API.  Using ACDP should be inconsequential as to how applications including StorSimple access Atmos.
