What are the ESRS support requirements?
The EMC Secure Remote Support (ESRS) architecture is basically EMC (Internet side) <-> ESRS 2.0 Gateway (customer side) <-> Atmos. For ESRS to be used with Atmos, both the Atmos and ESRS side need to support each other. Atmos provides support for ESRS 2.0 starting in Atmos 1.4.0. ESRS 2.0 provides support for Atmos starting in ESRS 2.06.
To be able to connect through ESRS 2.0 to Atmos, these are the minimum version requirements on both sides. No additional configuration is needed on the Atmos side to support ESRS, just to have Atmos 1.4.0 (or above) and ESRS 2.06 (or above).
The port requirements for the EMC (Internet side) to ESRS 2.0 Gateway (customer side) connection as well as the ESRS 2.0 Gateway to Atmos connection are documented in the ESRS 2.0 documentation (starting with ESRS 2.06 release). To access that, go to Powerlink > Support > Technical Documentation and Advisories > Software ~ S ~ Documentation > Secure Remote Support > Secure Remote Support IP Solution (ESRS 2) > Installation/Configuration > Secure Remote Support IP Solution Port Requirements.
