How to request API key to retrieve asset info like model, warranty, specs

I am quite new to the Dell APIs world and I am a bit confused on which API I should use and if they are free of charge or paying solution: https://developer.dell.com/apis

I don't have any subscription at the moment but I would like to have access to the API that allows me to retrieve asset info, like model, warranty info, specs etc.

Found an endpoint for warranty info that queries the database using laptop service tags on github but I wonder how do I request the corresponding API key: https://api.dell.com/support/v2/assetinfo/warranty/tags.json?svctags={SERVICETAG}&apikey={APIKEY}
