Avamar 7.4
We have upgraded Avamar server to 7.4, but when using Deploy Manager to upgrade PROXY, the process stops/fails at 33%. We currently cannot restore data until we upgrade PROXY to Avamar 7.4. What could be the issue that causes upgrade failure?

Can you check the following log on utility node?
/usr/local/avamar/var/log/vcs/deploymanager.log
Do you see any error message during the upgrade failure?

We have found our problem, thanks Leo.
The Deployment Manager recommends port 5489 for upgrades installation. Our VM Team have used the port. Is there a script or a way we can bypass the Port and upgrade the proxies?

Unfortunately, there is no way to bypass the port. Port 5489 should be listened on the proxies. Is there a NAT between the proxies and Avamar server which is the reason your VM team has used the port 5489?
