Avamar run-at-start issue (script runs on restore)
Hi All,
I have a server with a run-at-start script which takes a database offline to do a local backup before Avamar does it's thing.
Problem is, this is running at start when I do a restore too. Is there a switch to run-at-start only on backup, or a run-at-start-clause I could use to get the desired behaviour?
Avamar v6.1 by the way.

Is the script specified in a flag file, in the dataset for the client or somewhere else?
It sounds like it may be specified in the avtar.cmd flag file. If this is the case, moving the run-at-start script definition into the dataset should resolve this problem since the dataset is not used for restores.

Yes, you're correct, it is in the avtar.cmd file.
I'll move the script definition to a dataset which I'll tie to the client individually.
