Avamar storing large folders in C:\Windows\temp for Homebase
Hello,
I was wondering whether anyone else had experienced the issue we have at the moment...
We are currently running client version 5.0.106-28 on Windows Server 2003 and on some machines we have had problems where the server has run out of disk space due to large folders created within C:\Windows\temp by Avamar for Homebase. We had this problem this morning on a server where it had kept at least two and a half months worth of these folders ranging anything from 100MB-1GB.
Is Avamar supposed to remove these folders?
If not, what exactly are they used for?
Thank you in advance for your help guys!

Thanks

I have had that happen on one of my clients. Homebase wasn't really necessary for protection/restore of the host, so i just disabled it.
Would be interested to see the solution though.
