Backup VM Fail
after I change the password ddboost, when I want to backup vm always fail. the following messages are seen in the replication logs which can be accessed from the avamar administrator console for each failed job :

If the customer just re-initializes their Data Domain system, any attached VBA nodes will have issues. To prevent these VBA issues, any backups that are currently stored on the DD that will be re-initialized will need to be deleted and that DD will need to be detached from any VBA nodes it is currently attached to.
If there is only one DD in the environment, it might be easier to just deploy new, clean VBA systems after the DD re-init.
In VBA environments, the Avamar MTree is created automatically as needed. When NetWorker instructs the VBA to back up to a DD device, that DD will be attached to the VBA automatically if it does not already exist. This will create the Avamar MTree.
It's not possible to tell VBA not to store the backups in the Avamar MTree. However, at the conclusion of each backup the stored files are synthesized into a "CDSF" container on the NetWorker MTree, in the DD device specified in the VM backup policy. Since we're using virtual synthesis to make a logical copy of the data, only a tiny amount of additional physical space is used (mainly just the space required for the CDSF header which is quite small).

The log you've posted appears to be from a VBA system, not an Avamar system. You should update the DDBoost credentials in NetWorker if this is a VBA issue. If you're also having issues with a pure Avamar system, you will need to update the DDBoost credentials by editing the information for the DD system through Avamar Administrator as well.
If this does not resolve the problem, please open a service request.

My customer want to reset a data domain, and create a new backup for Filesystem and VM.
But i don't know how to create avamar mtree for destination pool backup VM.
