Not able to enable cloud tier on Avamar
Trying to enable Cloud unit option from Avamar, while checking the box to enable the cloud tier it pop up with error message "Failed to load cloud unit info". We have already added the cloud unit to Data Domain. Below is the screenshot of the error message.
Avamar Version - 7.4.0.233
Data Domain Version - 6.0

Issue resolved after upgrading to Avamar 7.4.1

I recommend opening a service request for this issue.

Trying five years later with an AVE 19.9, I had the same problem. After creating a cloud unit on DDVE, the same message appeared. Does anyone know how to solve it?

Hi Eduardo,
Sorry you did not get a reply earlier.
CT configuration has a lot of variables, including differences depending on which cloud provider you are using etc.
Therefore, it would be best to open a Support Case so we can get all your details and assist quicker.
