The VM backup is failing with the error code 10026
The errors and exceptions in the Log are mentioned below.

Could someone please advise how to troubleshoot this failure? What could be the cause?

Hi,
Please check if vmware tool is upto date.
Also, try moving VM to different datastore. It may help.

Most likely there Exclude Features are enabled on the Dataset.
Windows 2003 does not support the feature.
We have seen issues with 2010 and the feature.
So if you disable Indexer and Exclude this should work.

CAn you explain me how disabled Exclude Features ?
